Makes a great side dish to any dinner!
1 package of frozen diced potatoes
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
garlic salt (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
dehydrated onions (to taste)
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and butter.
Stir in the cheese, milk, garlic, onions, salt and pepper.
Then stir in the potatoes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
350 degree oven for 25-30 min.
Top with cheese, green onions and bacon.
