Spinach Artichoke Dip

3 Cups boiling water

16 oz bag of frozen chopped spinach

2 Cans heart of artichokes-drained

1 Package of mozzarella cheese (2 Cups)—any Italian cheese mix will work

2 Packages of soft Cream Cheese

Parmesan Cheese (½ cup)

Garlic Salt

Black Pepper

Crushed Red Pepper

Boil frozen spinach in water until cooked-drain water

Boil Artichokes until cooked-drain water

Finley chop the artichoke (I use a food processor)

Add the cooked spinach and artichokes to the cream cheese and mix together. Add in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Add garlic salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste.

Bake for 25 min on 350 degrees –Serve with carrots and chips
