2 years ago, I won our chili cook-off contest at work and donated the money to the Animal Shelter Second Chance.
1 lb cooked, drained beef
1 can Pinto beans
1 can Chili Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Corn, drained
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel brand "Chili Fixins"
1 can diced tomatoes with green chillies
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp Worcestershire
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp chili powder
1 package of HOT chili seasoning (I use Williams brand)
Place all above ingredients in crock pot and cook on HIGH for 6-8 hours!
Top with cheese, crackers & Franks Red Hot Sauce.
