Get a few handful of macaroni noodles boiling.
Then, dice up some onion and brown it with 1 lb. ground beef.
Season with one package of Taco seasoning according to the package.
Add one jar of salsa and some frozen corn.
You can also add a can of diced green chilies and black olives.
Mix together with drained noodles in a 9"x13" pan and add shredded cheese on top. {I used mild cheddar and mexican 4 cheeses}
Cover with tinfoil and bake @ 350* for 20 minutes.
Remove tinfoil and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
You can serve with hot sauce, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips if your little heart desires, otherwise it's fabulous all on it's own.
