Chicken Egg Rolls


Ingredients:

1/2 bag of cole slaw (pre-made in a bag found by the shredded lettuce at the grocery store)
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
salt-pinch
pepper-pinch
garlic -2 cloves, minced
sugar-pinch
soy sauce-4 tbsp.
teriyaki sauce- 4 tbsp.
green onions ( 2 stalks finely chopped)
large wonton wraps

Directions:

Brown the chicken breast in 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Set aside to cool. Chop chicken into small pieces or put in food processor to chop.

Mix the cole slaw with the other ingredients. Add finely cut chicken and toss.

Fill the wraps with the mixture and fold. Moisten the 4 sides of the wraps with water to help "glue" together.

Deep fry (350 degrees) until golden brown.
Place on paper towel to cool.
