Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich w/ Slaw


Ingredients:

bone in pork shoulder
water
dried chopped onions
bbq sauce

Using a large sized slow cooker, pour 2 cups of water, chopped onions and a splash of bbq sauce in the pot. Mix. Place the pork roast in the cooker. Top the roast with dried onions and rub bbq sauce on top.

Cook on LOW for 10hrs. When finished cooking, take roast out and remove any fat. Break the meat up with a fork and remove the bone. Place the broken up meat back in the cooker and cover in bbq sauce and place on WARM for 2 hours.

Serve on a warm bun topped with coleslaw (see below for recipe)


Creamy Coleslaw:

1 pre-made slaw bag
2 cups mayo
2 tbsp of white vinegar
2 tbsp of milk
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
sugar (to taste)
splash of Tabasco

Combine the above ingredients and place in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving. Stir well!
