Taco Soup


2 lbs ground beef
2 cups diced onions
2 (15oz) cans pinto beans
1 (15oz) can kidney beans
1 can corn (drained)
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans Rotel
1 (4.6oz) can sliced black olives (drained)
2 packages of taco seasoning mix
2 packages of ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups of water

Brown the beef and the chopped onion in a large skillet, drain the excess fat. Transfer the beef and onion to a crockpot and add the other ingredients.

Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).

Garnish with cheese, sour cream, green onions. Serve with corn chips!
